As most of you know, the RA3 Nations Cup as ended on monday 4th with the victory of France in Final against Sweden. Ranking is the following : 1st : France 2nd : Sweden 3rd : Germany & Norway Due to the current inactivity of the ra3 community and the failure of clanbase's attempt to launch another opencup, we will not launch any further ra3 league. This is probably the end of RA3, at least in competition. Congratulations to the winners and thank you all for you participation. We also decided that net-leet would no longer provide quake 3 arena leagues. We think it is time to switch to quakelive. For that reason, a new webmaster as offered his help to facilitate the transition by creating a website built on quakelive requirements. We are hoping it will be done by the time private servers are available and we will try to provide as much leagues as we can in every gametypes. Most of our headadmins have stopped to participate in net-leet's organization these past few months and/or years which led to have only rocket arena 3 leagues in the end. We will come back on quakelive with a full crew to provide TDM , CTF, CA and maybe DUEL & FFA. I will assist solero, who will take frax's place as net-leet supervisor, to organize the transition to quakelive and find new headadmins for each gametype. To finish, I would like to thank every player, admin, gtv & server admin, headadmin who helped to provide leagues and particularly NeouF who created this website and spend a lot of time and money to make it possible. Thank you all for your participation and see you on quakelive in a few months.

Hi everyone, As you can see, semi-finals were not played at the indicated date in Tables which was supposed to be April 6th. Due to holydays, there's no point to force any match if it means having double defaults for both games. That's why semi-finals will be played when holydays are over, for some it will be on April 20th, for others 27th, so lets say it will be played when both teams can gather 5 players. Because of this particular schedule, i'll try to warn spectators earlier about the day and hour of the game for those who are willing to follow their country and/or their potential opponent on GTV. For those who don't already know, the first semi-final will oppose Sweden against Germany and the second Norway against France. I remind both nations that their wildcard is given back to them for play-offs, 4on4 isn't allowed (if you really can't gather 5 players at all for the rest of the cup just come to me and we'll find an arrangement). Semi-finals are still played best of three maps with the same rules and finals will be played best of five maps. Good luck to all 4 of them and i hope spectators will enjoy the show. PS : I'd also like to thanks and congratulate the nations that didn't manage to reach play-offs.

Group a Group b Czech Republic Austria Finland Denmark France Germany Spain Norway Sweden Poland Registrations are now over for this Rocket Arena 3 Nations cup. Nations informations with captains, maps, and rosters are available here. For those who didn't give me their home-maps yet, please do it as quickly as possible. Matches will begin on monday, march 2nd and should end on monday, april 13th. You can have access to the calendar here. If oficially matches are supposed to be played on mondays, you can reschedule by contacting your opponent at least 24 hours before the initial date and then warning headadmins of the new date. Each nation has ONE wildcard which can be used anytime before the first map of the match is played. Please read rules before the cup starts. Not knowing something won't be an excuse for a reprehensible behaviour. As usual, we could use your help. So if you want to be an admin, contact me before next sunday. Your job would consist in supervising games, take demos and screenshots and make a quick report. Be fair and enjoy!

Since most nations are not ready yet, we decided to postpone the registration date and the start of the cup. You have until sunday, february 22nd to register your nation and give me or solero all informations already mentionned in the previous news. Matches will begin on monday, march 2nd. I recall that this cup will be played in 1.76, 5on5 in 200/100.

EDIT : Nations Cup will be played in 1.76 until a fixed version of 1.8 enjoyed by most players is out. As told in the previous news, net-leet is going to organize this year's Nations Cup. From now on, registrations are open. We already have seven nations with a captain. You can have the list here. You have to register your nation  until friday, february 13th and give a roster with a minimum of five players with the nationality of the registered country. To do so, please contact solero on #net-leet. You will also need to give us your irc channel, three home-maps from the pool available on this page where you can also check rules, and an email for each leader. First matches will be played on the week of monday, february 16th. There will be two groups of 3, 4 or 5 nations depending on the number of clans registered followed by play-offs with the first two nations of each group. Same as previous cups, Nations Cup will be played in 200/100, timenudge min. -30, on fair european servers in 1.76 or 1.8 depending on a poll available here and admin's decisions. If you want to be an admin, query me on irc. To finish, i'll try to update groups and fixtures as fast as i can from the moment registrations are over. Please be ready to schedule your matches for the beginning week as soon as i do.

Hi folks, Since there is no RA3 Nations Cup on clanbase this year, I decided that net-leet would give it a shot. I know ra3 hasn't been really active in the past few months, so if we can't have 6 or more nations we'll just forget about that idea and go for a regular season. There will be a poll to decide whether Nations cup should be played on the new RA3 1.8 or on the old 1.76. Please note that for now it is just a project, I haven't launched registrations yet and I won't for at least another 2 weeks. Indeed, zodiak is still working on the new website, which should be ready in 2 weeks. If it's not I'll just start on this website. If you want to be captain for your country and think you can gather a team, please contact solero on #net-leet. We'll need as much informations as possible to have an idea about the number of nations. To finish, net-leet will start season IV, when the new website is ready. So at best in 2 weeks or a little later. Knowing that you should start to gather a team if you want to, or get your mates back to go active again. Same as Nations Cup, we won't start a new season unless there's a reasonable amount of clans. So please, start to gather your mates, for Nations Cup and/or season IV. Happy new year btw !

This is not a dream... Q3 is not dead yet !!! After the return of Q3 at the ESWC, and Clanbase's Nations Cup, our guys at Net-L33t are striking back ! With the participation of eki, sanji, sansai, NeouF and shao, we'll be able to provide to you an all new season of whine, troll, air pills, air rox and beautiful rendez-vous at ra3map11's upper courtyard ! On the menu, a Q3 CTF league and a Q3 RA3 league, with a small change in CTF rules concerning postpones and unplayed games - which you can check in the rules that everyone will read, print and learn by heart, it goes without saying. The start of both leagues is scheduled for monday, january 28th, and you can contact sanji and sansai for the RA3 league, or eki and shao for the CTF league. You have until friday january 25th to register your team. So warm up your plasmaguns, sharpen your railguns ; Net-L33t is back on tracks ! Our current webby is beeing completely redone by NeouF, so as to make it a lot more dynamic and user-friendly, with a shitload of new features, ETA : when it's done. :) It *should* be ready by the start of new season though, if everything goes well. Last but not least, at the end of the CTF season, a series of all star games will be organized by the CTF head admins, who will precise its terms subsequently. Each Net-Leet leagues are ready to start or have already started. We are happy to keep alive the good old game Quake 3, with several leagues and lots of clans : * Q3CTF : 24 clans by frax * Q3RA3 : 24 clans by sanji * Q3TDM : 20 clans by doc We are also proud to open the first edition of Quake 4 leagues, which would have never been born without the help of his head admin nimrod. You can find two leagues : * Q4TDM : 20 clans * Q4CTF : 16 clans A little briefing is necessary for our leagues and how they are run : . Each league are organised the same way, which means the first step will be in group/pool, and after it goes in playoff. . In the case of the division of 8 clans (Q4CTF), only two clans will be qualified for the semi-finals. . In the case of the division of 10 clans (Q4TDM), it will be the top 3 clans which will proceed, the first goes immediatly in semi-final, and second and third go in quater final. This format was chosen to offer each of you a chance to play in playoff and for a better coverage of semi-finals and finals of each league. You have been waiting for it and it is finally here : signups for net-leet leagues are open ! You can still play Quake 3 and we have added Quake 4 leagues for your own pleasure. Hej qu4k3rs! Holidays are finally coming, and you may have lot of time to improve your skills during the summer. That is why Net-Leet is organizing two leagues for July, and maybe some others for august if q3 players are in the place! It will be a CTF league and a FFA tourney. For the first one, CTF League, registrations are open, and you have to send some informations about you and your clan, which are : the name of the clan, nationality, irc channel, the leader, his mail, the website if you have one, and finally the lineup. frax3@msn.com We have not decided yet which day we will play the league, because we want to know your opinion. Which day of the week is more suitable for you guys? Results of this survey will determine when the CTF will be played, like this Net-Leet is able to satisfy the majority. The CTF league will also have a winner and a loser bracket. For the second one, FFA tourney, two maps will be played every sunday, with 10 players per division and GTV for the show. This first session of FFA will be a bit particular, because all players will be invited by Net-Leet. Net-Leet goes oldschool for your entertainment! If everything goes well, you will be able to add yourself to a second FFA tourney for august. Additional informations will be provided on the website, just keep in touch... Moreover, inscriptions are also open for September leagues, which are Quake 3 CTF, TDM and RA3, and Quake 4 CTF and TDM. Same goes for the Nations Cup (Yes, there will be NC for each of these leagues) for October. If we start so early, it is for the Sponsors. That way, they will be able to determine which leagues are the most determinant, and where they will allot prizes. The league and cup organization Net-Leet is about to step into the world of Warsow. The organization is not completely new to Warsow though, about a year ago it held a 4v4 CTF cup. Net-Leet is now making a comeback to Warsow, with frax in the spot as supervisor. Currently no information has been released about the leagues or cups, so I decided to contact frax to get some things straight. As there are currently not many administrators to take care of the Warsow department, no real plans have been set. No game types have been decided for, and it's through the community that they'll be decided. Showing interest for a specific game type will help it get into the minds of the administrators. They are currently searching for administrators, willing to help out with the leagues, or cups. frax told me that he doesn't want to bore administrators, he'd rather give them some freedom to host what they like and enjoy to host. Applying for an administrator spot is done by talking to frax on #Net-Leet on QuakeNET. Perhaps this is a perfect chance for those of you who don't want to create your own cup organization, yet still want to help out the competitive scene of Warsow. A little hint: 4v4 TDM cup! Net-Leet is about to evolve and become bigger than it is right now ! In fact, the main Quake III arena french league is about to get associated with produels : we really thank hyze for that. While net-leet will still be focused on quake 3 leagues, mostly ctf, ra3, tdm and Nation cup, produels will propose you every league in 1v1, in quake 3, quake 4, and Warsow. You can find all the informations on our partner on our website, in a specific tab. This partnership will bring our favorite games in a new dimension. The main purpose of this is to interest lots of sponsorship. This way, we will be able to offer winners of each league some prize. For this summer, Netleet makes an oldschool league ffa and a ctf tourney. More details will be provided on the website for each event. And for september, we might have the joy to add three quake 4 tournaments, in ctf, tdm and also Nation cup. Net-Leet Nation Cup, for its first season, regroups 22 european teams, which represents 14 countries, evenly divided : 11 in TDM and 11 in CTF. The TDM League has 19 clans registered and distributed into 3 divisions. As for the Rocket Arena 3 League, there are 29 clans splitted in 4 divisions. Sanji, head admin Ra3, has prepared a strong first season. These leagues start on 20th May 2007, and will be played on Sunday and Tuesday for Nation Cup, on Monday for all Ra3 matches and finally on Wednesday for all TDM wars. Here are divisions for Nation Cup Net-Leet Osp : CTF Div Ia :              CTF Div Ib :                 TDM Div Ia :                 TDM Div Ib :              All lineups can be found here (CTF) & here (TDM). Even if the matches have been fixed for GTV issue, there is still the possibilty to reschedule your match on a new date with the other countries. If so, contact an admin and give the new details for a better coverage of each league. Even if it sounds retarded, think about taking screenshots and demos, and send them all to the admins : lots of teams do not take the time to send results after their matches, and it is really a pain in the ass... So please, take a few minutes to bring us the info, and like this you will have an updated website waiting for you. For any question join #net-leet channel and ask an admin : frax or eki for the NC, Sanji or hextor for Ra3, slic3 or frax for the TDML. If you have no respond, just leave a message and we will keep in touch with you if any problems occurs. Since we are running the league on our freetime, do not be rude, be patient, and wait for our answer. Net-leet has decided to complete its set of Q3 leagues with a new competition, Rocket Arena 3. This league will be supervised by Sanji & Hextor. Clanbase is the only 200/100 league open to all european clans and we thought it would be good to have another one with some changes. We ask all clan leaders to watch the rules carefully before adding to the league. Just like in Clanbase, matches will be played in Europe with 200/100. Cheats are of course forbidden and we insist on the fact that rocket jump scripts are also forbidden and will be punished the same way. The map system is slightly unusual so pay attention to the rules. To register to season I of Q3RA3, contact Sanji on #net-leet or mail him at Sanji@hotmail.fr. What we need to know : your country, your leader, your lineup, your website (if existing), your irc channel, your three homemaps (cf rules) and a valid email to receive all informations about the league. Inscriptions are open from now on to Sunday, May 13th. First matches will start on monday 21th. All matches will be played on monday (one match per week). There will be no playoff this season because it's a test season. Between six and eight clans per division (arbitrary set by estimated clans levels) will fight for the first place. To finish, we need as much admins as possible for this ra3 league so contact Sanji or Hextor on #net-leet to join our nice family :). Ra3 isn't dead so show everyone how ra3 players owns ! Greetings everyone ! The event you were waiting for is finally coming ! Yes, i am talking about the nation cup for q3 ctf and tdm ! Since quakevince and clanbase have not got enough active people, it will be #net-leet who's going to organize this new season. Net-leet is one of the most active league nowadays, and it is only because noone is responding to the expectations of quake3 community that frax is making all the preparations for a great show. TDM 4v4 will be played in OSP, not like the previous season, and CTF 5v5 will stay in OSP for now. The map pool for tdm will be : ospdm5, ospdm6, cpm4, pro-q3dm6, q3dm7, q3dm14tmp. And for ctf : q3wcp9, q3wcp5, q3wcp1, q3wcp15, q3wcp14, q3wcp22, q3ctf2, q3w3. Things may happen to change if a solution is find between cpma/vq3 and osp, but at the moment we will use the most played one in leagues. To register the nation cup contact frax in #net-leet or mail him at frax3@msn.com. We need to know the country, the leader, the lineup with the player’s guid, the website (if one) , the irc channel, and a valid email to receive all informations about the league. Last, but not least, #net-leet is open for any assistance for this new Nation Cup, so everyone who wants to help the Net-leet admin in this hard task are welcome. Let's talk about a difficult subject in quake 3, which shows that this game is not dead at all : the new mod cpma/vq3. Most of old quake players are still willing to play on OSP for leagues, even if it is said that the net code is far better under cpma. Instead of forcing a cpma league or asking the opinion of players, we will have a new approach on #net-leet (www.net-leet.com). We will launch CTFpickups on the channel with a dedicated server for cpma. Like this, the q3 community will be able to test it (for those who haven't made the first step yet), and get a look at this mod. This way, there will be a mix of players for and against this mod, and everyone will be able to set his mind for next ctf season. Come on #net-leet for a friendly test, in association with #snuffpickup which complete us by proposing tdm cpma pickup, and finally answer to this question : what is the best mod ever in q3 ? For Net-Leet Osp Cup season III, there are 32 clans registered : 9 in division 1, 8 in division 2 and 3, and 7 in division 4. The league starts on 1st April 2007. Here are the divisions for season III of Net-Leet Osp Cup : Division I : oXmoze / TDI / Headz / 2ex / 32nd / deluxe / omega / 287 / Caps Division II : PPP / Grand / w0w / BiG / real / Watcherz / holyshit / mx3 Division III : KoW / esp / FA / Vinco / VdW / d303 / SoG / qubism Division IV : Amnesia / s32chomage / CoD / dx / dwc / !nfinity / St Clan All lineups can be found here You will have three matches to play in a two weeks period. This way you will be able to organise your matches with the other leagues. Even if matches are fixed for gtv, you can still arranged new dates with other teams to found a better day. Just inform an admin if you do so. However you must have played all of your matches during each period of two weeks. There is only one PP for each team for this new season. Think about taking screenshots and demos. Fixtures are available here For any question join #net-leet channel and ask an admin. As scheduled and after two good previous seasons, Net-Leet cup QIII OSP comes back and strenghtened her program this year : creation of a new league : TDM 4v4, reorganisation of DUEL league, and a strategic change of maps in CTF. Net-Leet should had, in the objective to respond to your expectation, integrate in its program the TDM 4v4 : one thing done. Hope you will respond to this league by being plenty to register it. The organisation of the matches and the rules will be reveal really soon. It's Slic3, Headadmin, who you may contact to register this new league by sending him all the informations on your team at : sl1c3@clan-fa.eu Moreover, modifications have been made to dynamise the DUEL league and here there are this year 32 players will face each other, against 16 last year. 32 players divided in 8 group of 4. and dates of these matches for the first round will be freely decided by the players themselves. The top two of each group will be qualified for the second round of this competition. The second season of Net-leet cup Quake3 OSP CTF is finished. 29 teams, organised in 4 divisions, have responded to it. This second edition confirms the will of the Net-leet cup of being open to european clans : 23 foreign teams have participated in it. The first division was won by Humphed (EUR) : not a match loss, and a difference of +41. Follow just behind the Hardcores Quakers (EUR) in second position, and we find Oxmoze (EUR) in third. The second division was dominated by the 2ex clan (EUR) : no loss for a difference of +67. The third and the forth division gave us a great show, since the level was so well balanced with all the teams in it. Winners were respectively the Witness of War (FR) and the Electronics Sports Players (EUR) (who gain the first spot against Vinco (ITA) with the goal-average).
